Louis Vuitton Antique Large Steamer Hat Trunk in Orange Canvas with Tray - $2,500 - (Sylvania, OH)

For sale is a Louis Vuitton steamer trunk in an orange canvas measuring 24" wide x 19" deep x 21" tall. Rivets are labeled "Louis Vuitton" and metal handle plates are marked with an "LV". It also has many original travel stickers including the Hotel Majestic Paris and C G Transatlantique French Line Steamers. A previous owner's name is also visible along with the date June 8, 1931 The trunk opens and closes easily and does latch closed. Center latch is labeled "Grevetes S.G. D.G."
