The part # JLDQ.10.381.93 must be exact unless you are removing the arm andjust using the motor. It is very specific and this # must match. Your part # is in the upper right of the sticker. Serial # will vary Also includes 2 new white nylon bushings. Pretty easy to replace if you can get under your bed.Serial # will vary as well as Manufacture date. These are irrelevant. Moves up and down, (extends in and out) but will not stay up. It gradually drops over a few minutes.Defective-for parts only or for swapping what you might need. You will get the complete actuator with motor, arm, etc. Untampered with and never opened.
