Includes Ginny's dog Sparky dress in tuxedo as shown, with extra outfits still sealed in original plastic. Also includes card, Sparky Stumps for Votes. The box has a seal, Sparky for Vice President. Box says the dog is 3".The only problem at all is a tiny tear to the price sticker.
