There are no stains or signs of wear. They were minimally used. There is some fabric fading as per normal aging and exposure to window sunlight. There are minor scratches on the table legs and some nicks and imperfections on the chairs typical of normal use. Table top was kept covered with table pads. There are small imperfections on the table leaves. One corner of the table pad is torn (a one inch area).This furniture was meticulously maintained and is in excellent condition.
