It's a recent arrival, now cleaned and serviced in our shop and ready to ship. Holton H-378 model double horn, #669,382. Specifications: Key of F/Bb, .468" bore, 12.25" medium throat bell, yellow brass, tapered rotors and bearings, solid nickel silver inner and outer slides The horn has never been damaged. Original lacquer finish in 98% intact with a few light scratches. Our shop removed small dents and dings and did full disassembly, cleaning and maintenance. The valves are still tight with good compression. The H-378 is Holton’s so-called “student model” double horn, similar to top-of-the-line Farkas models. Yellow brass construction and medium bell make it a superb horn for young players. Good original case and mouthpiece are included. With our two-year service warranty. Suggested retail price for a new one is now $4857; “Street price” for a new one is $3359, but why buy a new one?
