Title/Description: Vintage Leather covered Lewis Hotel Training Course vol. 1-4 containing lessions 1-50 showing light use Year/Number: 1934-1936 vol. 1-4 Make/Producer: Clifford Lewis Please refer to the photos, in very nice shape with light use in that it looks like the student only completed the first book a just started the second book with a couple penciled notations inside and couple penned notes on a couple covers, questions at the back of each study book and graded test papers for the first volume a part of the second, many subjects in this training set from General Rules to Lessee, Owner Operator including Pastry, Meat-cutter, Steward, Matitre d'Hotel, Captain and more- enough skills to fill a town. Grading is my best guess, I am not a professional appraiser, thank you for looking.
