I’d rate the slide as 8.5 out of 10. The trombone comes with a Vincent Bach 12C mouthpiece, and the hardshell case, which is in good condition.? This a solid but used trombone. There are a few small dings, including at the end of the slide at the bumper. The finish has scratches and blemishes, but none of this will affect the playing. This is a good student instrument at a great price. I am a music educator who also has a small repair shop. I am a professional member of NAPBIRT (National Association of Professional Band Instrument Repair Technicians) and personally do all the work on the instruments I recondition and sell.
