Rare Vintage BAI BAO Train Windup Tin Train Engine For Parts Maybe - $6 - (Emerson, IA)

This is complete as far as I can tell. The tin shell is pretty good but does have some rust on the bottom back corners (see Pics.). The underside is dirty . Front wheels turn, the back ones won't and the key moves but I never tried to wind it. Measures a little over 4 inches long, 1&1/2" tall and 1&1/4" wide.
