Civil War Scrimshaw Knife with Robert E. Lee and Ulysses S. Grant ONLY ONE MADE - $750 - (Richlands, VA)
This is a one-of-a-kind scrimshaw knife I did a few years ago. Not just one side, but both sides are scrimshawed meticulously with the heads of Robert E. Lee and Ulysses S. Grant. I kept this knife for a few years in my own collection as I have a fond interest in the Civil War. Now I think it's time to sell it and for a scrimshaw such as this, on both sides, and being a one-of-a-kind, I think this is a really good price. This was done on a Rough Rider toenail sunfish knife and measures 3 and 15/16th inches in length by 1 and 1/4th inches at the widest.
