Sofa and love seat are made by Heritage House and are in excellent shape with no blemishes. Recliner is vinyl, has electric recline, and is from Sears. It has a repair on the arm (visible in picture) and a wear spot on back, but otherwise in fair shape and workable condition. Sofa is 8' x 3' x 3' and is in excellent shape. Love seat is 6' x 3' x 3' and is also in excellent condition. Recliner measures 41" x 33" x 44". Price $350 or best offer. All reasonable offers considered.
