Rare large Dr Seuss Cat in the Hat plaster head bust TM enterprises LP 1994 . Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. I believe this was a store display possibly mounted on a 1" pole. There are places shown where the paint has chipped but could be filled in and touched up. One ear has a chip on the top as well. Personally I don't notice these little imperfections, and to be expected for the age. No cracks. No odors. Very unique piece. Please feel free to ask questions.
