Hand built tube overdrive / distortion pedal with all-tube signal path, featuring two brand new JJ ECC83s vacuum tubes running at high voltage.The circuit is based on the OD-channel of the Orange Rockerverb preamp and can produce a wide range of "British" overdrive tones - from blues to heavy rock styles.It operates off a standard 12VDC voltage, which is stepped up inside to the proper high voltage, around 300V DC. Signal switching is "true bypass" using a high quality relay.The pedal is featuring the following controls: VOL - master volumeHIGH, MID, LOW - 3-band EQ GAIN - gain level BYPASS - on/off foot switch with indicator light. The hand-soldered circuit board is housed in a powder coated die-cast aluminum enclosure similar to Hammond 1590XX.Dimensions: 4.7"x5.7"x1.38" (120mm x 145mm x 35mm)The marking on the enclosure is made by CNC engraving and filled up by the powder coating for extra durability.Power requirements: 12VDC/600mA (min), connector 2.1mm, center tip negative (BOSS-type).
