Viintage NOAH'S ARK PULL TOY by BUDDY L with Romper Room brand, Complete in box - $15 - (Hastings, NE)
Offered here is a vintage NOAH'S ARK PULL TOY which was sold with the Romper Room brand. It is complete with 10 animals (2 monkeys, 2 giraffes, 2 lions, 2 hippos, 2 toucans). The toucans are not moveable; the other 8 animals can be moved. It has a ramp that can be pulled out (2nd photo) for play, or pushed in (3rd photo) for storage. The toy comes in its original box and it has the original pull string. The boat is about 6" long. It and the animals are plastic/rubber. The bottom portion of the boat (hull) is metal and is marked Buddy L. It likely dates from the late 1950s or '60s. I purchased this at a sale for my large Noah's Ark and vintage toy collection. That was years ago, but now my wife and I are well into our 70s and we are downsizing. That means letting go of our collected treasures so that others can enjoy them.
