System was installed and used for a week and no longer needed after he was trained to obey the boundaries of the system. The only visible wear is on the used collar, everything else looks brand new. The system was mounted inside so it has never been out in the elements. This is as close to a new setup as you can get without paying the new price. Extra collar and surge protector are a plus.
