JPets USA Collars are crafted by us right here in the Piedmont Region of North Carolina using the finest heavy duty American nylon webbing and imported Polymer Select-Lock Buckle and are more durable, safer and look much nicer than the "one size fits all" factory collars! They are adjustable with a nickel plated D-ring sewn into the collar to attach your pets name tags, ID etc. and come with the holes already punched to fit MOST BUT NOT ALL PetSafe receivers and Many Other Brands with the holes 1 & 3/16" apart(center to center)!
