Sun Bonnet Sue Quilt - $995 - (Eatonton, GA)

Absolutely Wonderful Vintage Sun Bonnet Sue Signed Quilt. I purchased this quilt in 1991.Created around the 1940s.Each block with a Sun Bonnet Sue was created by a different woman who signed her block. Each block is appliqued and embroidered and then the entire quilt was quilted. pThe signatures are embroidered. Wonderful original condition. Some small staining and light discoloration on the back. See photos. I do not wash quilts. I leave them as I get them.
