Pacific MX series 14 x 12 tom, green, missing a few parts - $10 - (Seneca, SC)

I know nothing about drums. Please look at photos carefully. Head is 14", depth is 12". Green colored shell, scattered dings, but no big gashes, maple shell, dated 2006, label states: "Made in Ensenada BC and Mexico"Missing four tension rods and two screws for the bracket that holds the drum onto a drum set. See photo 7 & 8. The heads show dents (cant see in photos) and are loose probably due to lack of tension rods, not sure whether they can be tightened or not. Shipping by Fedex or USPS Priority Mail.
