First Frida Meditation - N.A. - (Juneau, AK)

The Juneau Shambhala Center invites the community to an evening of meditation on 1st Friday. Meditation instruction will begin at 5:30 PM and will last for up to 30 minutes. After meditation, a light reception will be offered in the Center's community room. This free event is open to the public and no prior meditation experience is required.
