Barrel Racing Gelding - $3,750 - (Hempstead, TX)

A Little Hope aka Beau is a registered APHA however he is even quarter horsepaint. He is a little over fifteen hands. He is 14yrs old. He has to be ridden with a gel pad due to some muscle swelling in his withers. I spent a year trying to find the cause but he had visible issues other than swelling. It doesnt cause any issues as long as he has the gel pad. He is barefoot ridden in a hackamoreside pullhalter. Easy keeper. I just got him back from a year off of work. He was off not due to any injury it was simply because i didnt have room or time for him at home. He kept an older gelding company for a little under a year. I brought him back into work after a week of lunging. He had no issues with coming back into work. I got him when I was a young teen who was new to barrel racing and hes done me good until just the last couple of years. Ive moved onto training young horses so he doesnt get the attention he needs. Hed be nice for a young kid to grow up on as I did.
