There is the 14x17 panel, 2 batteries, dual charger, software disk, and cords. The user manual is on the disk but you can download a PDF copy to print off the internet for free. This has not been registered, so you may be able to qualify for the factory warranty, but I cannot guarantee that. This unit retails for about $24,000.
