In midwestern woods this time is April. Morels flourish about a month, along side early spring wildflowers...then disappear as suddenly as they arrive. Our solid sterling silver "morel" is created by lost wax casting from an actual specimen. This is our original design and handcrafted by us in our studio in beautiful southern Illinois.
