Beautiful and meticulously maintained Steinway Model K vertical piano that was bought new at Jacobs Music in Philadelphia in 1995 and has only had one owner. The piano has received regular tunings since it was purchased and has had a humidity control system installed for most of its life. It's most recent tuning was completed on 2/4/2019 by Jacobs Music and the tech remarked at the like new condition of the piano. The piano holds a tune very well and has a very beautiful "grand" sound and tone. If you’re looking for a model K this piano is still as if it were new and has an entire lifetime ahead of it. This Steinway has a very beautiful mahogany case, and comes at nearly half the cost of a new one today, which are currently priced around $40k.
