Burroughs BX-4000 Here is a neat tube - a Burroughs Beam-X beam switching tube, type BX4000. These were used for counting and generating complex pulses in 1950s and 60s radar computer equipment. Normally these are encased in a magnet, so the innards can not be seen, but this type uses an external magnet, so you can see the very complex structure inside. Nice condition.
