VINTAGE COLT SAA MAKER MARKED VISALIA STOCK SADDLE CO. WESTERN COWBOY HOLSTER - $445 - (Teague, TX)

This is a great looking holster by Visalia Stock Saddle out of San Francisco. There is very little wear on the holster. It will fit the Colt Single Action 7 1/2” nicely. It is a little long but I believe it carried a Colt, someone stuffed paper at the bottom a long time ago. The basket weave design is in great condition. The tie downs look as if they were used only a few times. There is very slight wear at the trigger guard. The makers mark is located on the back and reads “Made by Visalia Stock Saddle Co. San Francisco”. The Visalia Company opened in 1870 and moved to San Francisco in 1877. The actually holster is 12” long and 13 1/2” with the skirting. It would be hard to find this kind of holster in this great of shape anywhere else.
