Silver Plated Wine Decanter or Water Pitcher with ribbed glass. Silver plated snout and tail connected by a handle. Base states Aleini 95%. I see no cracks or chips. Glass is crystal clear. belly to tail is 7" and the snout stands 9 1/4" tall.
