Graphic Artist Team Lead: 1st Shift - Manhattan, KS - N.A. - (Manhattan, KS)

Overview The foremost responsibility of a Team Lead is to work directly with the Art Supervisors in isting with the training, development and growth of all teammates. Team Leads work closely in performing various duties, including but not limited to training new hires, working one-on-one with teammates, and isting Art Development team as needed. Position hours are Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm. Some occasional Saturdays required during peak season. Responsibilities Provide complete training for all new hires. Cross-train existing teammates on additional art processes when needed. Provide istance for teammates, sales, customer service, production, and production development team. Maintain and review all rework logs, and follow up with teammates on quality issues. Perform one-on-one sessions with all teammates to support ongoing training and development, and to identify obstacles pertaining to the workings of the department. ist Art Development team as necessary.
