Charger is the only thing that is being offered, The battery shown and the drill shown are being thrown in for free, I do not believe the battery is very good and can not confirm if the cordless screwdriver is any good either. These have been put into a mailing pouch and then placed into a padded envelope, via USPS priority mail.
