It has some very light scratches and scuff marks, but nothing significant enough to affect function. Overall, the condition is very good for it's age. The keys are clean and well kept with no damage. The screen and acoustic cups are in good shape. We had no issues typing input, and the device made audible tones in response. Unfortunately, we do not have a phone line or the expertise needed to fully test this device. As far as we can tell, all of the buttons, lights, and the acoustic cups seem to be working fine. We were able to print text without issues.
