Comes with the actual stair lift, but no rails, the charger, remote control, and other items. You may be required to get additional bolts and nuts from the store to finish the install, but all critical components exist here. Uses an outlet to plug into and installs directly to the stairs. It can be installed on either the left or right side of the stairs. This model requires no maintenance and no grease and holds someone up to 350 lbs. The stair lift was used in our old business as a showroom model and had been used only a handful of times and is in great condition. Freight shipping will be required if you are not near to pick up the item which can range from $200 to $400. This stair lift was used and purchased in 2018 so it is a new model.
