Comes with the actual stair lift, 2 x 8 foot rails, the charger, remote control, and other items. You may be required to get additional bolts and nuts from the store to finish the install, but all critical components exist here. Uses an outlet to plug into and installs directly to the stairs. It can be installed on either the left or right side of the stairs. This model requires no maintenance and no grease and holds someone up to 300 lbs. The stair lift was for our business, but we had closed and now need to liquidate our stock. This is a brand new still in box stair lift for you. Freight shipping will be required if you are not near to pick up the item which can range from $200 to $400. This stair lift was purchased in 2018 so it is a new model and was never registered for its warranty so you can register it and get the lifetime warranty through Harmar as well.
