Antique Sterling Silver Ladies Folding Eyeglasses on Chain with beads - $75 - (Montezuma, IA)

Here is a pair of what i think are folding opera glasses in used condition. Both lenses are cracked , and i can find any markings but on the nose bridge it looks like " Sterling" and tap or top. It is hard to read and it may say something else after the sterling. It has a long chain that i think is also sterling silver with decorative beads or pearls.
