Everything works perfectly on it. It has tilt, recline and power leg lift. All the functions work perfectly. The tires have good tread on them and the seat is it in good shape. The seat has an air cushion and it does not come with a pump for the air cushion. The leg rests are adjustable so you can adjust them for the height of the individual.
