An unusual and rare crystal decanter with stopper by Rogaska Crystal of Solvenia. This was made to hold a brand of champagne for some special event. It’s very hard to find information on this item. This beautiful decanter in the classic shape of a champagne bottle. It has gold gilt enhancements of the grape and leaf pattern. Around the bottom is a frosted glass band. It has an image of a crane etched into on oval. Below is the wording “1852 Klasicna Metoda zlata radgonska penina”. The bottom is signed Rogaska and Pat. 63206. With the stopper it measures 14 1/2” high. in excellent condition. The stopper has a tiny flea bite on the top edge and one on the bottom edge.
