Measurement: 19 inches tall, 9 to 10 inches wide and 10 to 11.5 Inches deep not counting the wheels. Condition: the popcorn machine is still in really good physical condition, but it is in used condition and needs to be cleaned as there is popcorn kernels and residue inside, especially all around the kettle. I never popped any popcorn myself with the machine, but the light and machine comes on when plugged in. The only thing missing is the kernel measuring cup. The popcorn machine is sold as is.
