Vintage Mid Century metal "Tanker" office bookcase. Please look at photos as they are part of description. Made by McDowell & Craig in Norwalk. California. They are still in business making well made office furniture. Probably mid 1950's to early 1970's. In good solid condition. Very straight with no dents, bends, cracks, or other visible damage. A couple of small dings on the back panel that are easy to access and straighten if desired. Rounded side corners. Nice original manufacturer"s badge. Original paint is worn, chipped, and scuffed all over. NO rust or pitting. No shelves. Photos show lots of holes for shelves so they can be place about anywhere you want. Pick what material you wish for shelves. Wood, glass, metal or ? Measures 42" high. 36" wide. 14 3/4" deep. Opening for shelves is 35" by 31". Nice old well made heavy duty "tanker" bookcase!
