Up for consideration is a Nice Rare Antique DIETZ No 15 Side Lamp Wall Lantern & Fitall Glass Globe VtgIn as found shape, only wiped downShows use and wear consistent with ageTop of Lantern marked: DIETZFront of lantern marked: DIETZ 15, NEW YORK U.S.A.Measures 15" tallGlobe marked on front: DIETZ FITALL , NEW YORK U.S.A.(Fitall globes were produced in 1913 for only 2 years and then changed to Fitzall in 1915)Globe marked on back: G1X (which was made by Gleason Company)Globe does have some scratches on back side under G1X, but no cracksWick riser and globe ring tray works as they shouldOil filler cap is in tactOil tank looks to have no holes but Has not been tested Has 2 small holes on back plate please see last pictureI do not know much on these lanterns, information I listed was from research I did.
