The top is blown glass in a heart shape with an applied glass handle - the base is Sterling silver. Signed: Frank M. Whiting & Co. Sterling. It measures 5 3/4 inches pour spout to handle - 3 7/8 inches to the top of the handle. (Please Note: The Sterling is excellent - close-up views show a little residue left from polishing.)
