Plug the adapter into the power socket in your auto, connect the plugs to the audio out and power outlet of your XM radio, chose an unoccupied FM station (88.1,3,5 or 7 - 107.1,3,5 or 7) and your ready to enjoy your XM broadcast through your automobiles radio. No need for any other adapters. It has been tested and is in complete working condition. Does show some minor signs of usage. Fits the XM Skyfi and Roady radios.
