We have four divided bowls - all are marked on the back INTERNATIONAL SILVER CO SL0480 6 IN 67 (the 67 is in a box) They appear to be cast as there are inperfections in the metal with little pitting and uneaveness - not damage but cast that way. I do not think they are solid silver but some sort of Alloy? While they are all identical in shape and size (as you can see they stack well together) only one is marked a little different - above the International Silver is an IS and below it is stamped METHODIST HOPSITAL and instead of the 67 in a box there is a 58 in the box...is that a year or an alloy mix or ??? Are these food serving dishes divided to seperate the foods - or are they some sort of surgical dish that can be sterilized to hold who knows what? They are obviously divided and measure 6.75" across. They are VERY heavy, thick, cast like. They weigh 11.3 ounces each and 2lb13oz total. Whatever they are they are old and heavy duty.
