Two Mohair Artist Bears by Frank Webster, England - $180 - (Shawnee, OK)

Here are two rather adorable artist bears by Frank Webster: Angus & Augustus. Both are made from sparse mohair with glass eyes, wool paw pads, and a re five-way jointed. Angus is the little black bear; his mohair has flecks of gray in it, so he's not a solid black color, and he wears a plaid ribbon. He is about 15 1/2"-16" tall (not including his ears), while Augustus, who wears a vintage white collar and plaid ribbon, is about 19" tall. They are charming and sweet--and they definitely belong together! Both retain their sewn-in tags and paper tags. Both are limited editions, 1 of 3. I purchased these charmers from an avid collector who bought them new directly from the artist. We both have non-smoking/non-vaping homes. This listing includes both bears, so you will receive them both. :) I am downsizing my collection of artist bears and buddies due to a cross-country move happening this spring or summer, hence this listing.
