Darling OOAK Artist Bunny by Elena Karasenko, "Rabbit Boniface" Ukraine - $95 - (Shawnee, OK)
Meet "Rabbit Boniface," a jolly little bunny by Ukrainian artist Elena Karasenko. He is made from vintage plush in shades of pink and cream/ivory, cloth paw pads, and is stuffed with sawdust. He wears a fun frock made from velvet & lines with vintage cotton, and a dressy crocheted collar. He has a very exaggerated nose and is completely wonderful! Excellent Condition. I am his second owner; I purchased him from an avid collector who bought him new directly from the artist. We both have non-smoking/non-vaping homes. He has a paper tag, which I can't translate, and a wooden tag that says "made in Ukraine." If you look through Elena's shop on Bearpile, you can still see his original listing. The last photo shows him with her buddy, also listed on eBay, but the second bunny is NOT included in this listing. This is just for Rabbit Boniface. A little over 13" tall I am downsizing my collection of artist bears and buddies due to a cross-country move happening this spring or summer, hence this listing.
