Antique Salesman Sample~EMPIRE BUREAU-CHEST of Drawers - $640 - (Hatfield, MA)

Beautifully made, an original miniature Empire Chest or Bureau with Flame Mahogany Veneer, this is a salesman sample with the curved concave drawers of the twotop drawers and then the first drawer. This was probably made late 1800's.It is in very good condition. The one quarter inch chip on the second of the long drawers has thepiece inside the chest.
