Antique large cistern/well hand pump Hazen Mfg/Hudson MI/Farm-rustic-cast iron - $225 - (Amelia, OH)
Lot 2218: Large cast iron well pump made by Hazen Manufacturing of Hudson, Michigan. It measures about 41" tall from the top tof the handle to the base, plus 6 or 7 inches for the pipe that comes out the bottom. I believe the base is a sliding collar so you can change the height of the pump higher or lower from ground level. Handle is about 33" long and the upper part of the pump can be rotated around the body and locked in place with set screws. One side has a freeze-crack as shown but it's still intact. Pump handle moves freely but I'm sure it would need new leathers, etc to be functional. Please see photos for details. See calculator for Fedex shipping in the continental US.
