Primarily sold for display only. Would look nice on top of patio retaining wall with faucet overhanging flower bed. Use concrete anchor bolts or attach to board. Pump needs new seals, if put to use. 1908 patent. We don't see many of these Hartleys at auctions. MEASUREMENTS: 13" tall, 16" long handle. Brass sleeve where the seals slide inside. Weighs 13.5 lbs.. Handle will be removed for shipping purposes.
