Vintage Solid Brass Lion Head Baring Teeth Door Knocker Large Hal marked England - $390 - (Cornell, MI)

The Vintage Antique Lion head door knocker is highly detailed from the original carving and casting, you can feel the individual striations through out the lions face. The lions head door knocker measures, 9'' from top to bottom, 5 1/4'' side to side and stands out 2 1/2'' flush.The door knocker lays flush with the ring handle slightly tilted but seems to strike flush, it does have the ability to be removed. The door knocker was removed cut from it's original establishment. The old screws are still in place and will need to be tapped, and can be done at home or any metal shop for under $20. Branded England and weighs 2.2 pounds of solid brass.
