Fender PA-100 Reverb Silverface Twin - $499 - (Hancock, NH)
This Fender PA-100 is a 4 6L6 powered PA head that sounds a lot like the twin reverbs of that era. Functionally, this amp is in excellent condition. The majority of the capacitors were replaced this year. They didn't need to be, but to bring up to top playing standards they were replaced with Sprague's, F&T's, and orange drops. No scratchy pots and it is reasonably quiet. The JJ power tubes are nearly new. The preamp tubes all function properly and are a combination of Mesa, Amperex and JJ. Cosmetically, it has a number of scratches etc. Also, there is a break on the upper right of the cabinet which has not moved or needed repair in the 2 years that I have owned it.
