This book stand is the perfect height and ergonomic display angle for holding a book, sign in at a wedding, funeral or other event or an iPad for reading. Works great when following a video recipe. We had our family bible on it for years at the end of our hallway. Made of wood and professionally painted black surface. There is a small nick on the front about 4" from the right edge and about 1/2" area where the black paint wore off on the left rear corner as shown in the images. Other than that it is in great vintage condition with a nice patina. It measures approximately 22.75" wide , 13.75" from front to back on the diagonal reading surface area and then 11" front to back at the base. The reading surface area extends over the base. It stands about 33.5" tall at its highest point and 31.5" to the top of the ledge at the front of the stand. The stand is on wheels which operate freely on level surface.
