BULWARK EXCEL FR REFLECTIVE PARKA/BIBS 4XL New without Tags - $398 - (Pleasantville, PA)

This is a set of Bulwark Excel Insulated reflective bibs and Parka size 4XL. Husband has these from his former job. They were never worn. They were washed one time because they were all dusty from hanging in shop. Their was a name tag on front of coat which was removed.You can see in picture. Also some spots inside top of coat has a rust stain assuming must be from metal hanger.
