Vintage Taylor Tot Stroller Carriage Front Axle Bumper Body Housing Wheels Blue - $15 - (Bluff City, TN)

OK guys, I bought this stroller just as you see it at an estate sale. Not sure if someone took it apart to restore or what. The whole stroller has been sprayed with a clear coating, not really sure why they done that either but I have all the parts listed that I bought. Please look at all the pics closely and ask any questions before purchasing.
