This High end designer stove and burners is in very good condition. Since the item sat in a high net worth home, it was only used occasionally. The owners ate out more than often. There is only subtle signs of use. This item works 100%. I recommend picking this item up. Although I can ship via freight, This item is considered an excessive weight hazard and could cost a whopping amount compared to the cost of this item. But, I aim to please. Just to note, the anti-tipping bracket is not included. But, one can be purchased either online or at a KitchenAid retailer at a minuscule cost. PLEASE, DON'T FORGET TO BUY THE BRACKET.
